I've been a chef for 20+ years.
I am local to the Highlands of Scotland, living in Inverness. I grew up in middle England but met an Isle of Uist lassie and settled. I always wanted to be a chef and I am passionate about food local produce is my inspiration, my cooking reflects this.
I have worked in quality restaurants across the UK and held coveted 2 AA Rosettes for almost 10 years.

I consistently utilize local suppliers and work with the local producers from estates and farms. I always get the freshest ingredients sustainable and responsibly sourced for my clients. I take great pride in what I do and make everything that I serve.
